Customers have full resources of the phone system available to use as needed for no extra charge. Dedicated PBX installations include our Flex IP PBX Software as a Service and SIP Calling Services (International Calling Included) for a low monthly fee. For Dedicated PBX Bundles to work at optimal levels, Quality of Service (QoS) routers must be installed at each site. QoS routers ensure voice prioritization.
